Transparent Hands recently organized a free medical camp and preventive healthcare session for needy mothers and children at Malik Brothers Dera, Near Church, Sirhali Road, Mustafa Abad, Lalyani, Kasur. The primary objective of this camp, held on May 20, 2025, was to improve maternal and child health through quality healthcare in Lalyani.

Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests:

A total of 332 deserving patients received free consultations from our specialists, including a gynecologist, a child specialist, and a nutritionist. Along with gynecological check-ups, nutritional assessments, and consultations, the patients were provided with free medicines and received various healthcare services, including:

  • Nutritional screenings for children
  • Consultations with a pediatrician
  • Gynecological check-ups for women
  • BMI calculation
  • Ultrasound scans
  • Hepatitis Screenings
  • Blood Pressure check-ups
  • Blood Sugar Tests

This free medical camp made a valuable impact on the lives of 332 deserving patients and their families. In Lalyani, many mothers and children struggled to reach or afford medical facilities. At this camp, they benefited from quality check-ups, essential medicines, and personalized health advice. Timely diagnosis of their health issues meant that they could begin necessary treatments.

This camp also helped raise awareness about the importance of regular health assessments for both mothers and children. By removing the barriers of distance and cost, this camp allowed numerous families to prioritize their health without worry.
