Transparent Hands organized a free maternal and child health camp at Malik Brothers Dera, Near Church, Sirhali Road, Mustafabad, Lalyani, Kasur. The primary objective of this camp, held on August 23, 2025, was to provide essential medical assistance to the underserved community.

Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests: A total of 462 deserving patients received free consultations from our specialists, including a gynecologist, a child specialist, and a nutritionist. Along with gynecological check-ups, nutritional assessments, and consultations, the patients were provided with free medicines and received various medical services, including:

  •     Nutritional screenings for children
  •     BMI calculation
  •     Ultrasound scans
  •     Consultations with a pediatrician
  •     Gynecological check-ups for women
  •     Blood sugar tests
  •     Hemoglobin Tests
  •     Hepatitis Screenings
  •     Blood Pressure check-ups

Preventive Healthcare Session In addition to the medical services, one of our expert doctors held a preventive healthcare session to educate the attendees about Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.

Impact

This free medical camp had a valuable impact on the lives of 462 deserving patients and their families. Many people in Lalyani had been suffering for weeks or even months without proper medical attention due to financial constraints and the lack of accessible healthcare facilities. Through this camp, residents received timely medical evaluations, appropriate treatments, and necessary medicines at no cost. By addressing these healthcare needs, the camp significantly reduced suffering and ensured that vulnerable individuals gained access to quality medical care.
