Medical Camp

Learn about this Transparent Hands free medical camp providing healthcare to underserved communities in Pakistan.

Transparent Hands, with the sponsorship of Packages Foundation, organized a free medical camp and a preventive healthcare session at the Biomass Purchase Center, 2km from Al Husnain Petroleum, Seetpur Road, Alipur. The primary objective of this camp, held on August 21, 2025, was to make healthcare accessible to underprivileged communities in Alipur.

Free Consultations, Medicines, and Diagnostic Tests:

A total of 401 deserving patients received free consultations from our expert doctors. In addition to medical consultations, the patients were provided with free medicines and underwent various diagnostic tests, including:

  • Diabetes tests
  • Uric acid tests
  • Hepatitis B and C screenings
  • Cholesterol tests
  • Blood pressure checkups
  • Ultrasound scans

Preventive Healthcare Session

In addition to the medical services, one of our expert doctors held a preventive healthcare session to educate the attendees about Scabies.

Impact

This free medical camp made a valuable impact on the lives of 401 deserving patients and their families. In Alipur, numerous patients were awaiting necessary treatments, as the region has inadequate medical facilities and many communities live in poverty. This camp uplifted them by extending essential healthcare services to the needy.
